When one attempts to comprehend all the many facets of a holistic learning system, such as Tai Chi, it is to be done in a systematic, step-by-step manner. This facilitates grasping the “whole-body” understanding of Oneness with the movement patterns. Gradually over time, as a result of multiple repetitions, each movement flows into the next one from beginning to end.

In life, allow all of your movements to come from a place of centered choosing. This is the gift you give yourself when you embody this ancient art of harmonious living.
