The Full Moon in fire-sign Sagittarius inspires us to expand our horizons, to open our minds to new paradigms and to feel what touches our soul.

The Sun, Mercury (communication) and Mars (energy and drive), all in air-sign Gemini, will facilitate expressing what we discover in this pursuit. The feelings and impressions we glean from this Moon can fire up our enthusiasm for sharing through writing and journaling or simply speaking our truth.

Neptune is positioned halfway between the Sun and Moon and this planet in water-sign Pisces can fill us with the refreshment we need for our parched souls when we prime the pump
 of Inspiration that uplifts and sustains.

This New Moon cycle has Sun and Moon in the late degrees of earth-sign Taurus, which is ruled by Venus, the planet of Love, Beauty and Harmony.  This is a perfect opportunity to choose all the ways we can bring more of these qualities into our daily lives through our thoughts, words and actions.

On this day, Mercury goes retrograde in the air-sign of Gemini until June 11. Gemini is the sign ruled by this planet of communication.  Expressing ourselves with clarity will be essential.  As with all retrogrades, it will be time to rethink, review, re-evaluate, release and renew…to name a few.

The Sun is in earth-sign Taurus and the Moon is in water-sign Scorpio.
Springtime energies have taken root. The soil has been fertilized with the recent Aries New Moon intentions.  We begin to see signs of new growth and the choices we’ve made are taking form. Our desire for change keeps this alive.

This Full Moon gives us the opportunity to be honest with ourselves emotionally. Are there some old, stuck patterns ready to be released?
If so, it is an optimal time to do so. Scorpio energy facilitates transformation and the inherent renewal that comes from letting go, thus allowing more space for the new to emerge and flourish.
