Libra Full Blue Moon

A Blue Moon is when there are two full moons in the same month.
This is the second Blue Moon of the year.

At this full Moon, the Sun is in cardinal fire sign Aries, ruled by Mars, the planet of initiative, freedom and action.
Mercury, the planet of communication, is also in Aries. It is retrograde until April 15, giving us time to reflect, review and re-evaluate goals and current priorities before stepping into action.
There is great value in doing this over the next few weeks.

The Moon is in cardinal air sign Libra, ruled by Venus, the planet of love, beauty and harmony. This full moon reminds us that balance in life is best achieved by allowing for a comprehensive view of the benefits of each polarity. Opposing views can be doorways that lead to understanding the whole picture.
The inherent wisdom in each perspective can be gleaned.

The Aries drive for personal freedom can be paired with the message of this Moon’s bright light. At its essence, the Libra Moon illuminates the innate beauty of harmony, where balance can be achieved.

Pisces New Moon

The Vernal Equinox (equal day and night) is approaching. As the Sun leaves water sign Pisces and moves into fire sign Aries on Tuesday, March 20 at 12:15 p.m. EDT, we celebrate the start of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere.
Mercury begins its 3- week retrograde cycle on Thursday, March 22, in fire sign Aries.

At this New Moon, the Sun (illumination) and Moon (emotions) conjoin in water sign Pisces, ruled by Neptune (spirituality). In close proximity is Chiron (healing energy). These three are impacted by a harmonious flow with Jupiter (expansion) in water sign Scorpio.

All this water enhances our sensitivity and receptivity. This is a time to pause, breathe deeply and relax into that space within where spiritual replenishment can flow freely throughout our being. By taking this opportunity for inner rest and healing, we will be prepared to emerge with initiative and vitality as fire sign Aries ushers in the new Spring growth of our dreams and aspirations.
