Release worry the moment it appears. Do not fear “worry”. Simply have mastery over your own choices of thought, emotion and action. These three are always in accord with each other. Hence they activate each other as well. When combined they are a powerful force for right action, positive thought and balanced feelings.
Fear can be released with the next new breath that lets in faith, leaving no room for the fear to take hold. Repeat this intentional breath until all traces of worry and fear have left your body, mind and spirit to be replaced by life-affirming vitality. This is the gift available to everyone the moment they choose the path of faith and trust and joy.
